lg444 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and User Agreement

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "lg444" or "Platform" refers to the online casino and sports betting service operated at lg444.io, including all associated web pages, mobile-optimised interfaces, applications, and API-connected game content.
• "Player", "You", or "Your" refers to any natural person who registers a player account on the lg444 platform and accesses its services.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered user account created by a Player for the purpose of accessing lg444 services, managing a BDT balance, and placing wagers.
• "Services" refers collectively to all betting markets, casino games, live dealer tables, crash games, fishing games, and any other gambling or entertainment products made available through the lg444 platform.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any real-money stake placed by a Player on any game or sporting event offered through the Platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spin, cashback offer, reload bonus, or other non-cash incentive credited to a Player's account by lg444 subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "BDT" refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the sole operating currency of the lg444 platform. The symbol ৳ is used interchangeably with BDT throughout these Terms.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning assigned to it in Clause 8 of these Terms.
• "Terms" or "Agreement" refers to these Terms & Conditions as amended from time to time in accordance with Clause 13.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By completing the lg444 registration process, by clicking any acceptance checkbox presented during registration, or by making use of any feature or service on the Platform after registration, you enter into a binding contractual agreement with lg444 and accept these Terms in their entirety.

Acceptance of these Terms is a precondition to accessing and using the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms (see Clause 13) constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the lg444 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and lg444 and are incorporated herein by reference.

3 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active Account on lg444, you must at all times satisfy the following eligibility requirements:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or above. lg444 enforces a strict 21+ age policy without exception. Any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited from registering an Account, making any deposit, or placing any wager on the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not unlawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence or access.
• You are not on any self-exclusion register or any third-party exclusion list that would prohibit your participation in online gambling activities.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You are registering and operating a single Account in your own name only. Registration on behalf of another person, or using fictitious personal information, is strictly forbidden.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact phone number, and a valid email address. lg444 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided at registration and at any subsequent point during the lifetime of your Account. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension of deposit, withdrawal, and wagering functionality pending verification.

lg444 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to state a reason for such refusal.

4 Account Management

Each Player may hold only one registered Account on the lg444 platform at any time. The simultaneous operation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or via shared devices or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where multiple Account ownership is detected, lg444 will close all associated Accounts, void any open or settled Wagers placed through those Accounts, and forfeit any Bonus credit and any balance derived from Bonus activity. Real-money balances deposited into duplicate Accounts may be returned at lg444's sole discretion following identity verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. lg444 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify lg444 immediately by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of such notification, lg444 will temporarily lock your Account pending a security review.

lg444 reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at any time where it suspects, in good faith, that: (a) the Account holder is under 21 years of age; (b) the Account is being used to facilitate fraudulent activity; (c) the Account holder has engaged in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Clause 8; or (d) applicable law or regulatory guidance requires such action. In cases of Account closure due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any Bonus balance and wagering-derived winnings will be forfeited. Confirmed deposited real-money funds not implicated in the breach will be returned to the deposit source after deduction of any applicable charges.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

The lg444 platform operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits, withdrawals, wager settlements, bonus credits, and cashback payments are denominated and processed in BDT. No foreign currency transactions are accepted and no currency conversion is applied.

Deposits: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by the platform, though individual payment method providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your Account balance in real time, typically within thirty seconds of payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank are credited within one business day of the transfer being confirmed by the receiving bank.

Withdrawals: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and must be directed to a payment method previously used for deposit to the same Account or a verified payment method registered in the Account holder's own name. lg444 does not process withdrawals to third-party payment accounts under any circumstances. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are processed within one to three hours of request approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one business day.

lg444 reserves the right to request additional documentation as part of the withdrawal review process, including but not limited to: government-issued photographic identification, proof of residential address, and proof of ownership of the payment method to which the withdrawal is directed. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until all requested documentation has been received and verified to lg444's satisfaction.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

lg444 offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered Players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL cricket season, T20 World Cup fixtures, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotional offer is subject to its own specific terms, which are published at the time the offer is made available and form part of these Terms by incorporation.

Unless the specific promotional terms explicitly state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all offers issued by lg444:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any portion of the bonus or bonus-derived winnings may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each offer. Unused Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements by the end of the validity period will be automatically removed from the Account balance.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are published in the applicable promotion terms. Certain games, including but not limited to live dealer baccarat and some jackpot slots, may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirement completion.
• Bonuses are issued on a one-per-player, one-per-household, one-per-IP-address basis unless otherwise stated. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times through duplicate Accounts or shared addresses will result in forfeiture of all associated Bonus credit and may result in Account suspension.
• lg444 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time prior to it being claimed by a Player. Once a Bonus has been credited to a Player's Account, the terms applicable to that Bonus at the time of credit continue to apply.

Any Player found to be exploiting bonus structures — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine play intent — will have their Bonus balance forfeited and their Account reviewed for compliance with these Terms.

7 Betting Rules

All wagers placed on the lg444 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or betting market in question. Game rules for casino products are provided within each game interface. Sports betting market rules, including rules governing void bets, postponed events, and settlement procedures, are published in the sports betting section of the Platform.

The following general betting rules apply across all products on the Platform:

• A Wager is confirmed and binding from the moment lg444's system registers acceptance of the bet and issues a bet confirmation reference. No wager may be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Player after confirmation, except where the Platform's own cancellation policy explicitly permits it.
• lg444 reserves the right to void any Wager where: (a) the wager was placed at odds or game parameters that were the result of a manifest technical error or pricing mistake; (b) the wager was placed in circumstances constituting Prohibited Conduct as defined in Clause 8; or (c) the event or game to which the wager relates is cancelled, abandoned, or voided in accordance with the applicable market rules.
• In the event of a technical failure, network interruption, or game provider system outage affecting the settlement of a Wager, lg444 will endeavour to settle the Wager in accordance with the result at the time the disruption occurred, provided that a verifiable result is determinable. Where no verifiable result can be established, the Wager will be voided and the stake returned to the Player's Account balance.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to individual betting markets and game modes. These limits are displayed within the relevant product interface at the time of wagering.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the lg444 platform. Any Player found to have engaged in Prohibited Conduct will be subject to immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Bonus balances, voiding of affected Wagers, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable law requires:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting any other person in registering an Account for the purpose of circumventing these Terms or claiming duplicate bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI-assisted wagering tools, or any other non-human interface to interact with the Platform, place Wagers, or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in displayed odds, pricing mistakes, or game logic errors in a manner that results in material financial gain disproportionate to fair-play expectations. Discovery of any such error must be reported to lg444 immediately via [email protected].
• Colluding with other Players in poker, baccarat, or any other multi-player environment to unfairly influence game outcomes or redistribute winnings.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other manipulation of sporting events on which Wagers are placed through the Platform.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, structuring of transactions, terrorist financing, or any other purpose in violation of applicable Bangladeshi anti-money laundering legislation.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information during registration or in response to a verification request.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour toward lg444 staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access any part of the Platform infrastructure, databases, or administrative systems without authorisation.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the lg444 platform — including but not limited to the lg444 brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, source code, data compilations, betting market structures, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of lg444 or its licensors, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database right legislation.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No Player acquires any ownership right, licence to sub-license, or right to commercially exploit any content, feature, or data from the Platform by virtue of their registration or use of the Services.

Reproduction, distribution, public display, modification, reverse engineering, scraping, or commercial use of any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of lg444 is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

10 Privacy & Data

lg444 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at lg444.io/privacy-policy and forms part of the overall agreement between you and lg444. By registering an Account and accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the lg444 Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and throughout your use of the Platform — including identity verification documents, payment method details, transaction history, gaming activity records, and device and IP data — is processed for the purposes of: account administration; identity verification and fraud prevention; anti-money laundering compliance; responsible gaming monitoring; customer support delivery; and, where you have provided consent, marketing communications.

lg444 does not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to third parties for their own commercial marketing purposes. Data may be shared with third-party service providers acting as data processors on lg444's behalf (including game providers, payment processors, and identity verification services) under appropriate data processing agreements. Data may also be disclosed to regulatory authorities or law enforcement where required by applicable law.

11 Responsible Gaming

lg444 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all registered Players. Gambling is entertainment. It carries inherent financial risk and should never be approached as a source of income, a means of recovering financial losses, or a response to emotional distress.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Players from the Account dashboard and can be activated at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that restrict the total amount you can fund your Account within each defined period. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before the increase comes into effect.
• Session Duration Alerts: Customisable time-based notifications that alert you when you have been logged into the Platform for a defined continuous period, supporting time-awareness during play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account suspensions ranging from 24 hours to 30 days, during which all access to wagering features is suspended. A cooling-off cannot be reversed or shortened once activated.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: A permanent closure of your Account that prevents any future access to the Platform. Permanent self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request and cannot be reversed. Players requesting permanent self-exclusion will be removed from all marketing communication lists.

The 21+ age restriction is enforced absolutely. If you believe a person under the age of 21 has gained access to the Platform using your Account or payment details, you must contact lg444 immediately at [email protected]. lg444 will take all reasonable steps to prevent underage gambling, including deployment of age verification technology at registration and during enhanced due diligence reviews.

If you feel that your gambling is becoming a problem, lg444 urges you to make use of the self-exclusion and deposit limit tools available in your Account settings, and to seek support from independent problem gambling organisations operating in Bangladesh.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lg444, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of or inability to use the Platform, even if lg444 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Services resulting from scheduled or emergency maintenance, technical failures, third-party provider outages, network disruptions, or events beyond lg444's reasonable control (including force majeure events).
• Any loss resulting from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account login credentials.
• Losses arising from a Player's reliance on inaccurate or incomplete information provided by a third party, including game provider promotional materials or third-party betting analysis services.

Nothing in these Terms operates to limit or exclude lg444's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. lg444 makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

13 Amendments to Terms

lg444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material amendment is made — meaning an amendment that substantively affects Player rights or obligations — lg444 will provide advance notice of the change via email to the address registered on your Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, no fewer than seven days before the amendment takes effect.

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substantive effect of any clause, or updates to payment method lists — may take effect immediately upon publication without advance notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to an amended version of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the amendment takes effect. The version of the Terms currently in force is always the version published at lg444.io/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the current version came into effect.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between a Player and lg444 relating to the interpretation or application of these Terms, or relating to any transaction conducted on the Platform, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Direct Resolution: The Player must first contact lg444's Player Support team at [email protected], setting out the nature of the dispute, the relevant Account details, and the resolution sought. lg444 will acknowledge the complaint within 24 hours and endeavour to resolve it within seven business days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If the dispute is not resolved at Step 1 within the prescribed period, the Player may request escalation to lg444's senior compliance team by clearly stating this in a follow-up communication to the same email address. The senior compliance team will issue a final written response within 14 business days of escalation.
• Step 3 — Independent Review: If the Player remains dissatisfied following Step 2, they may seek independent resolution through any relevant consumer dispute resolution mechanism available in their jurisdiction.

No Player may initiate legal proceedings against lg444 without first exhausting Steps 1 and 2 of this dispute resolution process. All dispute correspondence must be submitted in English to ensure accurate processing by lg444's support and compliance teams.
